Life journey to Mastery

Mastery of effortless living and coaching is a life time journey. It is a transcendent dimension where you are able to be totally present and engaged while unattached to outcomes - residing in the Fertile Void and also being fully connected with everything. If you’re reading this then it’s likely you will have some experience of what I’m describing - maybe in a coaching session where you experience this space, or doing some other activity where you are fully at ease and in flow with all around you. It’s often referred to as Mindfulness.

I have found that Gestalt coaching provides a philosophy, framework and skills to enable me inhabit this dimension and I want to pass my learning to others who are also seeking this path.
